In most circumstances, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after the candy leaves our building. If you have just placed an order and would like to add or remove items, please contact us immediately.
If you receive an item that is spoiled, contact us ASAP. Please provide your order number, which product has issues, and what is wrong with it. We will do our best to replace the product or offer store credit.
We offer cold packing for those who live in warmer areas. If you do not order cold packing and your order arrives melted or otherwise damaged by heat, we will not be responsible. If your local temperatures are over 70°F, please select cold packing at checkout.
