Shipping

If your order is placed before 2PM on a weekday, we will do our best to have it shipped out the same day. If it’s during the summer or it’s particularly warm and you ordered candy easily damaged by heat, we may hold your order a few days so it doesn’t get stuck in a hot warehouse over the weekend.

If your package has been marked as delivered, wait 24 hours to see if it shows up. Often times packages will be marked as delivered early, and typically show up next day. If it doesn’t show up the next day, let us know and we can contact the shipping company. Typically they have GPS of where it was delivered and can help track it down.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Especially around holidays, there are all kinds of delays that can happen. We do our best to get your order in the mail the next business day, but once we hand it off to the carrier we have no control anymore.

Flat rate shipping is only available for orders that can fit in a single 12x12x6 box and weighs less than 30 pounds. If your order is too large, we may contact you for additional shipping.

Flat rate shipping only applies to the contiguous United States. Packages destined for Alaska or Hawaii will have to pay additional shipping costs.
